TO AVOID INVALIDATION OF THE ELECTRONIC APPLICATION FORM PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

1. Only the Registration form should be submitted at the time of Registration.
2. Each registration form will be issued a unique registration number after the acceptance of the form. Please take a printout of the receipt for all future correspondence.
3. Do not use Enter Key to move from one field to another, instead use Tab Key.
4. After completing the registration form, please click the SUBMIT FORM button.
5. When the user selects values in some list box and radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing is completed, the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered/selected data.
6. Kindly note that when you have slow internet connections, the registration process will take time.
7. The areas/localities/ colonies within range for criteria of selection are built into the system.
8. Incomplete or illegible registration forms without photographs or incomplete details will not be processed/accepted.
9. Two passport-size photographs of the child and a valid residential address proof must be submitted at the time of interaction.
10. An attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Committee must be submitted at the time of interaction.
11. To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
12. The student will be considered only for the class for which he/she has been registered.
13. Please enter your E-Mail ID correctly to receive regular updates.
14. There will be an informal interaction with the parents of classes Nursery and LKG along with the child before admission.
15. Registration Fee and Admission Fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.
